About the role

  • Preparation of more complex funds; begin transition into a Reviewer role
  • Split review/preparation time with the ratio being dependent upon experience level and department needs
  • Assist with the research and resolution of issues that arise
  • Thorough understanding of common tax adjustments associated with private equity funds
  • Able to operate independently and effectively multi-task
  • Peer training and providing meaningful feedback in timely manner
  • Complex ad hoc requests and research
  • Assist with client expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Licensed CPA or eligible to sit for CPA
  • Minimum of 2 years’ of relevant work experience
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Team player mentality and detail-oriented
