About the role

  • Senior Tax Analyst responsible for end-to-end VAT/GST compliance for assigned EMEA jurisdictions. Engaging with cross-functional teams and supporting tax compliance processes in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end preparation, review, and submission of VAT/GST returns for assigned EMEA jurisdictions.
  • Extract, reconcile, and analyse data from ERP systems.
  • Review invoices and documentation for VAT rules.
  • Manage indirect tax compliance calendars.
  • Respond to queries from tax authorities and advisors.
  • Liaise with Finance and other teams to gather data.
  • Prepare data packages for external advisors.
  • Prepare and initiate tax payments.
  • Support audit requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
  • 2–5 years of EMEA indirect tax compliance experience.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Exposure to direct tax processes is an advantage.
