Preparation of consolidated reports and management analyses for the leadership team and shareholders.
Support in the preparation for external audits.
Further development and automation of consolidation and reporting processes.
Point of contact for tax advisors, auditors and internal stakeholders.
Independent management of finance projects (e.g., digitization, process optimization).
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or an equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting — ideally from tax, auditing or a similar finance role.
Strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
Team player, sense of responsibility and motivation to actively shape finance processes.
Excellent MS Excel skills and extensive experience with LucaNet.
Good communication skills in German and English, both at least B2 level (spoken and written).
