About the role
- Consultant AMOA providing advisory services in digital transformation and project management for clients. Involves project oversight, requirements gathering, and user support across various regions in France.
Responsibilities
- You will join our Consulting division
- Deliver Business Analysis and Project Owner support (AMOA) consulting services to our clients
- Lead AMOA projects
- Define requirements and draft solution specifications
- Provide methodological support for project management
- Develop and implement change management plans
- Design integrated Core Models
- Facilitate workshops with business teams
- Draft business requirements documentation
- Prepare decision dossiers
- Manage projects (scheduling, risk management, stakeholder coordination, etc.)
- Execute business acceptance testing
- Support end users
- Actively contribute to pre-sales activities for our consulting engagements
- Regular travel is expected within the region associated with the role, and occasionally to other locations in France and abroad.
Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Significant experience in managing digital transformation support projects within a company or in a similar role at a consulting firm
- Experience managing ERP projects is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Expertise in business operations and finance functions
- Solid IT literacy to coordinate team work and support change management within the organization
- Ability to persuade stakeholders at executive levels as well as support frontline users
- Capacity to understand topics holistically
- Strong listening and documentation skills
- Proficiency in English and/or other European languages is a plus for supporting our international clients.
