Establish and maintain a deep, working-level knowledge of consumer, category, brand, and products
Leverage multiple sources of data to report on brand performance and category trends
Identify new opportunity areas for the dog food business
Lead cross-functional teams and projects to execute new item launches and go-to-market plans
Support development and execution of annual brand plans including marketing campaigns and product launches
Drive continuous growth and improvement for the dog food business and yourself
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of post-MBA CPG Brand Management experience or 3+ years of CPG Brand Management experience for candidates without an MBA
Proven analytical skills and a strategic mindset
Proficient in Nielsen or IRI
Strong creative eye and experience in packaging and marketing asset creation
Experience and proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Track-record of always demonstrating grace and a positive (yet pragmatic) attitude towards challenges and opportunities
