About the role
- Create world-class key art across film, OTT, gaming, and lifestyle campaigns with strong visual craft and storytelling
- Own full poster pipeline from rough comps to final polished artwork and release-ready finishing
- Execute high-end photo manipulations, retouching, compositing, and cinematic visual effects
- Use AI-powered tools for ideation, exploration, and accelerating workflows
- Build striking compositions that convey narrative, mood, and tone aligned with client strategy
- Stay current with entertainment and pop-culture design aesthetics and trends
- Collaborate closely with creative leads and international teams (India, US, UK) to deliver assets within deadlines
- Independently manage projects end-to-end including design, refinements, finishing, and delivery
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D/AI plug-ins or extensions when needed
Requirements
- 7–9 years of direct, hands-on design experience in entertainment art or related industries
- Portfolio submission required
- Heavy Photoshop manipulation, poster finishing, and polished design work
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Bonus: 3D and AI-driven workflows
- Comfortable with AI-powered tools (MidJourney, Firefly, Runway, Stable Diffusion) and 3D/AI plug-ins
- Experience with photo retouching, compositing, and visual effects
- Passion for entertainment, gaming, and cinematic design
- Detail-obsessed, execution-focused, problem-solving attitude with ability to self-manage projects end-to-end
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and international teams
- Must be based in Mumbai and able to come to office for shoots/work
