About the role

  • Own and evolve the Geviti brand identity, ensuring consistency across all digital, print, and member-facing touchpoints
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, voice/tone frameworks, and creative standards
  • Set and articulate the creative vision that supports both business growth and clinical credibility
  • Lead creative direction for campaigns across web, landing pages, email, paid media, social, and product experiences
  • Translate complex medical and wellness concepts into clear, engaging, visually compelling content
  • Develop creative concepts that differentiate Geviti in the health optimization and longevity space
  • Partner with Marketing to develop acquisition and retention-focused creative that drives measurable performance
  • Work cross-functionally to improve the design and user experience of product and web properties
  • Collaborate with Clinical leadership to ensure creative is accurate, compliant, and aligned with medical best practices
  • Implement scalable creative workflows, including request intake, prioritization, and approval processes
  • Maintain and organize asset libraries, templates, and design systems
  • Manage contractors, agencies, and creative partners to ensure quality and consistency
  • Use data and insights to iterate on creative concepts and improve performance across channels
  • Develop A/B testing approaches for messaging, visual direction, and user experience
  • Balance brand-building creative with growth-oriented experimentation

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand design, creative direction, or art direction
  • Proven ability to lead brand development and create cohesive, multi-channel creative systems
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand identity, digital design, campaigns, and storytelling
  • Experience working across web, email, paid media, social, and UX/UI
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative rationale
  • Experience managing contractors or external creative partners
  • Comfort with data-informed creative decision making and performance optimization
  • Nice to Haves: Experience in telehealth, healthcare, medical marketing, or regulated environments.
