Senior Analyst managing membership and trade activities at Fresenius Kabi. Responsible for data analysis, internal liaison, and customer communication in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
Develops and coordinates assigned account membership, and maintenance including contract eligibility, and COT reviews
Qualifies membership eligibility before chargebacks are processed
Distinguish by contract, committed program, and COT
Administers, and maintains all class of trade membership, and fee eligibility in Model N system
Timely, and efficient confirmation, and validation of contract eligibility within required timelines
Acts as ombudsman for assigned accounts, and their members
Investigate complaints, problems, and achieve equitable settlements and resolutions
Facilitates the various internal functional groups (Order Services, Customer Operations, Chargebacks, IT, etc.) as they relate to assigned accounts and their members
Develops and communicates all pertinent information regarding membership, as necessary, to the field sales force and internal management team
Manages 340B quarterly terminations and other 340B government requests including quarterly reporting
Primary external point of contact regarding membership via maintenance and analysis of group email box
Performs audits related to sales and class of trade membership as they are brought forward both internally and externally
Performs individual contract access inclusion checks weekly and apply metrics to inclusion sets for analysis
Ensures data quality of all outgoing reports and analyses
Identify process improvement opportunities, and develops, or enhance tools to assist in the work deliverables
Uses SAP, Model N, Qlik, BEX, MicroStrategy, and other databases/tools to obtain, prepare, compile, and analyze information
Analyzes key KPIs to drive improvements in Commercial Membership Validation process
Provides support during the new molecule process by ensuring membership information is up to date
Completes all training requirements, including all department-specific, compliance training, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required (Advanced degree is a plus)
Minimum of 5 years of related experience (preferably with contracting, pricing, healthcare membership experience)
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, hospital/pharmacy products, and/or medical device contractual terms and conditions is strongly preferred
Demonstrated business acumen and experience with customer agreements (preferably experience with GPO, IDN, and hospital and/or clinic contracting) is a plus
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills accompanied with critical thinking and problem resolution skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and advanced skill set with Excel)
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Qlik, etc.) and other database concepts preferred
Able to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects with demonstrated time management skills as well as the ability to work independently
Ability to work effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude
Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
