Responsibilities
Lead the design and deployment of AI copilots and agent-based solutions in Sales & Marketing contexts
Translate business needs into actionable AI use cases that improve efficiency, personalisation, and decision-making
Apply frameworks such as AI governance, ROI capture, and scalability principles to ensure sustainable adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build enterprise-ready, governed AI solutions
Provide expert guidance on Copilot Studio or AgentForce, including architecture, integration, and best practices
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales & Marketing leadership on AI literacy, risk mitigation, and change management.
Requirements
Proven hands-on expertise with either Microsoft Copilot Studio or Salesforce AgentForce
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI assistants, chatbots, or agent-based automation
Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing processes, including CRM, customer engagement, and campaign management
Ability to link AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
Experience working with global enterprise clients (preferably in energy or industrial sectors) is a plus
Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems
Exposure to AI accelerators and collaborative intelligence platforms is a plus.
