Responsibilities
Lead by example within your team(s), promoting agile practices and culture;
Monitor and measure the teams' maturity progression in agility;
Ensure execution of all agile ceremonies (daily meetings, retrospectives, reviews), including organization and facilitation;
Identify and remove impediments to ensure delivery progress and smooth workflow;
Lead continuous improvement efforts in team processes;
Collect and share relevant metrics on delivery progress, ensuring visibility for stakeholders and the team;
Facilitate root-cause identification and effective problem resolution;
Ensure a healthy, collaborative, and productive environment for all project participants;
Build strong interpersonal relationships with stakeholders and the team, fostering clear and aligned communication.
Requirements
Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) across different project contexts;
Experience working in Scrum and Kanban teams;
Basic understanding of technology/IT, including agile engineering practices (e.g., XP);
Strong communication skills, able to convey complex messages and disseminate new concepts;
Advanced knowledge of tools supporting agile practices, such as Jira, Confluence, and related suites;
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence;
Certifications in Scrum and Kanban;
Management 3.0 and Lean Inception;
Experience in leading and mentoring agile teams;
Strong stakeholder communication and conflict-resolution skills;
In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks and their practices;
Experience supporting agile teams and implementing continuous improvements;
Comfortable working with agile metrics and data analysis to support decision-making.
