About the role

  • Lead governance of corporate rituals and oversee the execution of in-person and virtual events targeted at senior leadership and operations teams.
  • Ensure governance of the area’s rituals and events by coordinating schedules, agendas, invitations, coffee breaks and other operational details.
  • Plan and monitor projects and performance indicators, preparing management reports and support materials for leadership.
  • Develop internal content and communications to strengthen engagement and connection among employees, business units and locations.
  • Manage incentive campaigns and travel in partnership with external agencies and internal stakeholders, tracking timelines, dashboards and outcomes.
  • Continuously explore new formats, tools and communication models that foster interaction and extend the reach of the area’s broadcasts.
  • Support the management of training and development initiatives by mapping needs, tracking participation metrics and evaluating impact.
  • Take a proactive approach by proposing and executing special projects that enhance organizational engagement.
  • Negotiate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, deadlines and alignment with brand positioning.
  • Actively participate in engagement management and incentive programs, contributing to a stronger culture and improved business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Production, Communications, Project Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience organizing and executing corporate events (in-person, hybrid and virtual).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with design and internal communication tools (e.g., Canva and corporate email platforms).
  • Experience with live-streaming platforms and coordinating trainings, both in-person and remote (including via external partners).
  • Project management experience, including use of related tools and monitoring of schedules and deliverables.
  • Analytical ability to prepare reports and monitor engagement and participation metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ease in building partnerships and working collaboratively across teams.
  • Proactive, energetic and resilient—able to manage multiple demands and shifting priorities.
  • Results-oriented and solution-focused, maintaining a positive, delivery-driven attitude.
