About the role

• Senior Acumatica Functional Consultant driving adoption and governance of the Acumatica ERP platform for internal stakeholders at MYOB in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption, optimisation, and governance of our internal Acumatica ERP platform across the Enterprise business—ensuring the system delivers measurable value, scalability, and efficiency for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Lead as the subject matter expert for Acumatica ERP. Own solution design, release management, integrations, and data structures to meet business needs
• Improve system architecture, security, and UX - automate workflows to reduce manual work and maintain a consistent upgrade cadence
• Enable a single source of truth and multi‑entity operations across ERP, billing, CRM, workflow, and reporting platforms for scalable, unified operations
• Drive functional enablement and governance - translate requirements into modules/dashboards, own documentation and metrics, and manage access controls, audits, and change management

Requirements

• Acumatica Certified (or similar) with deep SaaS ERP experience spanning technical, functional, and operational domains
• Billing & subscription expertise: recurring and usage‑based billing, multi‑entity invoicing, revenue recognition, and integrations to CRM and support systems
• Governance & controls capability: access/role management, audit, data quality, licensing, and change management—balancing flexibility with compliance and security
• Systems integration strength, solid accounting knowledge, and exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management—supported by relevant tertiary qualifications
