Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly schedules and accounting entries
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
- Assist with short-term cash flow forecasts
- Monitor daily cash balances and cash position reports
- Initiate wire transfers and ACH payments
- Provide reporting on liquidity, investments, and debt
- Assist with annual and interim audit requests
- Support tracking of fixed assets, prepaids, and amortization accounts

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8 years of overall professional experience
- 6 years of progressively responsible Accounting experience
- Knowledge of GAAP compliance and financial statement preparation
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong conflict resolution, time management, attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must live within a commutable distance to Herndon, VA
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
