Responsibilities
Manage assigned clients, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained.

Contribute to team collaboration by offering support, sharing knowledge, and promoting a positive and productive environment.
Attend and engage in external training sessions, carrier forums, compliance workshops, and vendor meetings to maintain knowledge and professional credentials.
