About the role

  • Contribute to the creation and execution of communications plans that align with healthcare and pharmaceutical client goals and business objectives
  • Manage projects from inception through delivery—including milestone communications, data announcements, and consumer-facing campaigns—with attention to budget, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
  • Lead the development of communications content involving technical/medical data (e.g., clinical study results, product safety language) and translate it into compelling narratives for target audiences
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact, supporting calls and correspondence with confidence and professionalism
  • Collaborate across internal and external teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Support and coach junior team members, helping to build their skills and contributions
  • Participate in media outreach and engagement efforts across traditional, digital, and social channels
  • Contribute to new business efforts through idea generation, research, and proposal development
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in public relations, communications, media, or related fields such as research, advertising, consulting, or publishing
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
