About the role

  • Senior Account Executive leading Kahoot!’s expansion in the French education market. Building relationships with educational institutions and managing the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Build the foundation for Kahoot!’s presence in the French EDU market, driving net-new business and opening doors to K–12 and Higher Ed institutions.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting, negotiating, and closing value-based deals.
  • Drive initiatives to build and maintain a strong pipeline that creates revenue quarter over quarter
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders in schools, municipalities, and educational networks to understand their goals and tailor Kahoot! solutions.
  • Be the expert on Kahoot! EDU solutions and how they deliver measurable impact for educators and learners.
  • Work closely together with our Customer Success team, Pre-Sales team, and rest of the commercial teams to ensure high value business outcomes for the customers
  • Utilise HubSpot (CRM) to manage and record all account activity, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date quotations, account activities, opportunities, and leads

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solution and value-based SaaS sales
  • Proven success selling digital solutions to French educational institutions (K–12 and/or Higher Education).
  • Strong understanding of GAR (Gestionnaire d’Accès aux Ressources) and how it shapes public sector procurement in France.
  • A self-starter who thrives on building a market from the ground up, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
  • Strong business acumen; both strategic and hands-on in managing accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, engaging customers in strategic dialogue to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Skilled relationship builder who connects easily, builds trust, and fosters long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, collaborating effectively across internal and external teams.
  • Native-level fluency in French and professional fluency in English.
