About the role
- Senior Access Management Analyst in a dynamic technology company managing IAM processes and tools for cloud environments and corporate solutions.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain identity and access management platforms (OpenText NDS, WSO2 Identity Server and related tools).
- Manage the identity lifecycle: provisioning, review, deprovisioning and account auditing.
- Implement and review access control policies, segregation of duties (SoD) and the principle of least privilege.
- Support infrastructure and application teams in integrating systems with the IAM environment.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, internal standards and regulations (LGPD, ISO 27001, SOX).
Requirements
- Proven experience in identity and access management (IAM).
- In-depth knowledge of OpenText NDS and WSO2 Identity Server.
- Experience with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Knowledge of security policies, internal standards and regulations (LGPD, ISO 27001, SOX).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
- Information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
