About the role

  • Support the team with timely, insightful analysis on a wide range of security issues
  • Deliver in-depth analysis and reporting on criminal and security data to support critical decision-making
  • Identify and analyse trends across the NSW TrainLink network and translate patterns into clear, actionable insights
  • Inform operational responses and long-term planning and advise on efficient allocation of resources
  • Deliver high-impact reports, assessments and presentations to enable stakeholder action
  • Provide sound operational and security advice and anticipate emerging risks
  • Contribute to development of prevention and response strategies and partner with stakeholders including Sydney Trains, Transport for NSW and NSW Police

Requirements

  • Strong reporting background
  • Comfortable working with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Successfully completed a recognised Intelligence Analysis course OR hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
