About the role

  • Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and monitoring sales KPIs, conducting market analyses, and improving sales performance metrics to support decision-making and the achievement of targets.
  • Analyze commercial performance by tracking results against targets, evaluating sales representatives’ portfolios and markets, and generating strategic insights from the data.
  • Serve as the focal point between the business area and IT squads, ensuring prioritization and implementation of system and process improvements.
  • Map the sales journey, propose improvements, and identify bottlenecks and opportunities for innovation (including solutions such as Artificial Intelligence).
  • Prepare executive presentations to communicate analyses, strategies, and action plans clearly and concisely to the board and other stakeholders.
  • Align strategies and action plans with the board, using analyses and indicators to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Experience in project management
  • Negotiation skills, clear communication, and systems thinking
  • Business acumen
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify relevant insights for decision-making
  • Desired: advanced Excel and intermediate Power BI knowledge
