Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and monitoring sales KPIs, conducting market analyses, and improving sales performance metrics to support decision-making and the achievement of targets.
Analyze commercial performance by tracking results against targets, evaluating sales representatives’ portfolios and markets, and generating strategic insights from the data.
Serve as the focal point between the business area and IT squads, ensuring prioritization and implementation of system and process improvements.
Map the sales journey, propose improvements, and identify bottlenecks and opportunities for innovation (including solutions such as Artificial Intelligence).
Prepare executive presentations to communicate analyses, strategies, and action plans clearly and concisely to the board and other stakeholders.
Align strategies and action plans with the board, using analyses and indicators to support decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed
Experience in project management
Negotiation skills, clear communication, and systems thinking
Business acumen
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify relevant insights for decision-making
Desired: advanced Excel and intermediate Power BI knowledge
