About the role

• Technology Analyst developing AI-based solutions to optimize processes within Protheus ERP. Collaborating with various teams to innovate and enhance data utilization.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-based solutions that optimize internal processes and improve the user experience of the Protheus ERP;
• Create and maintain integrations between AI systems and Protheus using APIs, web services and custom routines;
• Automate repetitive tasks and generate insights from ERP data using Machine Learning and NLP techniques;
• Work on technological innovation projects, proposing improvements and new approaches for corporate data usage;
• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into intelligent solutions;
• Document processes and developed solutions, and ensure the maintenance of integrated systems;
• Participate in technical and scoping meetings, contributing analytical and technological perspectives.

Requirements

• Completed or in-progress degree in Information Technology, Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields;
• Experience with programming languages for AI, such as Python;
• Experience with AI/Machine Learning libraries;
• Knowledge of Protheus development (ADVPL, TLPP, Webservices);
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;
• Familiarity with ETL concepts, data analysis and predictive modeling;
• Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively;
• Ability to interpret data and propose intelligent solutions;
• Flexibility to handle technological and scope changes;
• Commitment to deliveries that generate business value;
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Preferred:
• Experience with BI tools;
• Knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing);
• Experience integrating chatbots or virtual assistants;
• Certifications in AI, data science or Protheus.
