About the role
- Coach and guide two Java Spring Boot teams on Agile best practices
- Ensure Agile principles are embedded in the team’s daily work
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify and remove blockers, dependencies, and inefficiencies that impact team delivery
- Act as a bridge between development teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders
- Use Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown charts) to identify trends and improve team performance
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
- 4+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master working with Agile development teams
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile methodologies
- Experience supporting Java Spring Boot teams developing microservices
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best
- Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Nice-to-Have: Experience in fintech, banking, or payments software
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments
