About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling services to support student well-being and foster academic success.
- Establish a caseload and coordinate with supervisory staff.
- Deliver prevention, intervention, and support services.
- Collaborate with school counselors and act as a liaison to community resources.
- Conduct clinical assessments and deliver interventions to students and families.
- Provide or coordinate thorough follow-up services for all clients under your care.
- Participate in client staffing sessions to pinpoint issues and establish treatment goals.
- Contribute to emergency services by providing aid during emotional crises.
- Serve as a liaison to ensure services reach all family members.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a licensure eligible field of study such as Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
- Actively licensed as (or on track to become licensed as): Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Preferred experience in providing family, individual, and group therapy, as well as community education.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
