About the role

  • Licensed Mental Health Therapist providing outpatient psychotherapy in a clinician-centered group practice. Seeking experienced individuals to maintain a hybrid caseload in Broward County.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families based on your clinical strengths.
  • Maintain a hybrid caseload with in-person sessions in our Broward offices and telehealth sessions.
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation.
  • Deliver ethical, evidence-based care and thoughtful treatment planning.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships and provide excellent client care.
  • Collaborate with a warm, professional team in a supportive group practice environment.

Requirements

  • Fully licensed in Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Professionalism, reliability, warmth, and sound clinical judgment.
  • Ability to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team.
  • Availability for in-person work in Broward County plus telehealth.
