About the role

  • Mental Health Therapist delivering essential services to children aged 0-8 in Brevard County schools. Collaborating with staff and families to provide individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver mental health services to children within school environments across Brevard County.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and families in Brevard County to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Engage in regular supervision and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate client records using our EMR system.

Requirements

  • Education: A Master’s degree or higher in a mental health-related field such as Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Licensure: Opportunities for licensed mental health therapists, registered interns, or those eligible for licensure in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience working with children aged 0-8 in Social Work, Mental Health, or related fields.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of childhood development.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening.
