- Steuerung der Kommunikation mit relevanten Stakeholdern als zentrale Kommunikationsinstanz
- Sparring für Finance Business Stakeholder zur Realisierung von Prozessverbesserungen und Effizienzgewinnen innerhalb und außerhalb von SAP
- Scoping von Anforderungen und Definition notwendiger Konfigurationen in SAP S/4Hana (Public Cloud); Steuerung externer Dienstleister und eigenständige Umsetzungen
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Tickets basierend auf Anforderungen aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen sowie Priorisierung und Koordination von SAP-Umsetzungen mit Dienstleistern
- Navigation des internen Finance-Entwicklungsteams durch Business Requirements und Transformation fachlicher Anforderungen in Stories und Epics
- Unterstützung bei Definition von Incidents und Change Requests und Aufteilung in umsetzbare Schritte
- Pflege und Management der Produkt-Backlogs sowie Identifikation von Abhängigkeiten zur Unterstützung der Release-Planung
- Steuerung der Umsetzung von Anforderungen und Übernahme von Projekt-Ownership für team-übergreifende Finance-Themen
Requirements
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Product Owner und/oder Projektmanager in einem agilen Umfeld
- Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Einführung und Verwaltung von Produkten im Finance/Accounting Bereich
- Versiert im SAP-System, idealerweise S/4Hana (Public Cloud), mit Erfahrung in Konzeption und Konfiguration von Finanzmodulen
- Erfahrung bei der Erfassung, Priorisierung und Steuerung von Anforderungen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tickets, Incidents und Change Requests sowie Priorisierung und Koordination von Umsetzungen
- Erfahrung mit Confluence, Jira oder ähnlichen Systemen
- Moderations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie strukturierter und zielorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an komplexen IT-Themen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse mindestens C1 (erforderlich)
