Responsibilities
Management and maintenance of the SAP system landscape, including planning and coordinating updates/upgrades of SAP software
Monitoring system performance and carrying out performance-tuning measures
Implementing and managing security policies and protocols
Analyzing and resolving technical issues and system incidents
Overseeing the planning and execution of backup and recovery processes
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and operations manuals
Close collaboration with other IT departments to support business processes
Managing and coordinating hosting service providers
Providing technical support
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in SAP Basis administration
Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, Fiori Launchpad, and newer SAP technologies in the SAP HANA environment
Experience with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and SAP HANA databases
Knowledge of user and authorization management is desirable
Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
