Expert in managing stakeholder relationships, providing regular project updates and resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
Expert in allocating resources, managing vendor contracts, and providing regular financial reports to stakeholders and mitigating any financial risk.
Expert in using project management tools like MS Project Plan, Jira, MS Office Timelines.
Leadership: lead internal and client teams across the program, drive key decisions, provide thoughtful leadership to clients, and drive and maintain key metrics across the program (Forecast accuracy, Profitability , methodology and standards compliance).
Expert in maintaining key relationships with clients and building new relationships.
