About the role

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted regions, focusing on potential restaurant partners or businesses that align with Future Kitchens’ expansion strategy
  • Qualify leads and assess their fit based on expansion criteria
  • Clearly communicate Future Kitchens’ value proposition, emphasizing the benefits of partnering with your ghost kitchen model
  • Schedule and confirm meetings/appointments for the Expansion team
  • Conduct Meetings with potential partners and close new partners
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with call outcomes, lead statuses, and next steps
  • Collaborate closely with the Expansion Lead to align on strategy, target accounts, and outreach priorities

Requirements

  • Motivated self-starter that wants to join a fast growing startup
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or a similar role
  • Good command of German and French, other languages a plus
  • Driving license
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to sales outreach
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection with resilience
  • Previous experience in the food service, hospitality, or SaaS industries a plus but not mandatory.
