About the role

  • Design the sales journey for Localiza branches, defining the most effective model in terms of system/operational flows and sales strategy.
  • Monitor and perform performance analyses of branch sales KPIs to gather inputs for continuous improvement of processes and products.
  • Create and update training and standardization materials for branch sales flows: training programs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and policies, ensuring consistency and quality in the sales operation.
  • Take responsibility for the ongoing governance of branch sales campaigns, improving campaigns when necessary, tracking indicators and maintaining active communication with the branch teams.
  • Visit branches to conduct diagnostics for improvements, run tests and pilots.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with Kaizen, Lean and PDCA methodologies.
  • Previous experience in process design.
  • Previous experience in sales.
  • Availability to travel.
