About the role

  • Sales Representative enhancing digital sales at KENBUN IT AG, focusing on B2B lead generation and digital marketing initiatives. Collaborating with teams to innovate and maintain customer relations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and actively further develop digital sales structures and processes
  • Operational participation in digital marketing (e.g., content, campaigns, lead generation) in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing
  • Independently acquire new leads and business contacts in the B2B sector
  • Acquire new customers for our product KENSA, our voice-controlled assistant for form capture
  • Win new customers for complex software products in the areas of artificial intelligence, voice technology, NLP and smart voice assistants
  • Support new client acquisition for our consulting business
  • Independently create and implement sales measures
  • Support maintaining our partner network
  • Organize and participate in trade fairs, webinars and industry events
  • Assist the Senior Head of Sales with presentations and contract negotiations

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in sales with a focus on digital sales and B2B lead generation
  • Demonstrable experience in building or optimizing digital sales processes
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and speech technology is an advantage
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent vocational training
  • Confident use of CRM systems, digital tools and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Strong communication skills, initiative and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
  • Independent, structured and methodical working style
  • Hunter mentality and high willingness to learn
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
