Requirements
You bring initial experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, B2B sales, or a comparable role in another industry.
Language proficiency: You communicate confidently in German (C1) and can also converse well in English.
Strong interpersonal skills & drive: You thrive in outbound sales, approach people proactively, and are comfortable picking up the phone or initiating first conversations.
Communication skills: You are a good listener, deliver your message concisely, and easily find the right tone even with demanding interlocutors.
