Requirements

  • You bring initial experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, B2B sales, or a comparable role in another industry.
  • Language proficiency: You communicate confidently in German (C1) and can also converse well in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills & drive: You thrive in outbound sales, approach people proactively, and are comfortable picking up the phone or initiating first conversations.
  • Communication skills: You are a good listener, deliver your message concisely, and easily find the right tone even with demanding interlocutors.
  • Hunter mentality: You are bold, curious, enjoy overcoming initial barriers, and are not deterred by a “no.”
  • Growth mindset: You have a genuine internal motivation to develop personally and professionally, and you want to inspire and bring others along.
