About the role

  • Lead sales efforts in the Nordic countries and other regions
  • Promote services and solutions to drive growth with new and existing clients
  • Manage complex sales and navigate authority/government organizations
  • Maintain visibility on relevant RFPs and tenders
  • Actively monitor sources where RFPs are published
  • Lead bid team in preparing proposals for RFPs and tenders
  • Develop and execute pipeline strategies supporting sales goals
  • Engage in all phases of the sales lifecycle, including client meetings and contract negotiations
  • Ensure accurate recording of prospect interactions in Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise-level sales experience in transportation, transit, or the public safety industry
  • Focus on Intelligent Transport Systems and Software
  • Demonstrated success exceeding revenue and quota targets
  • Proven prospecting skills that deliver new business
  • Comfort managing a multi-million-dollar quota
  • Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Experience working in a corporate environment.
