About the role

  • Sales Manager expanding global client base for B2B SaaS company Matchory. Driving procurement innovations and managing customer relationships while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and advising new customers for our B2B SaaS solution
  • Independently managing the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closing
  • Presenting, negotiating, managing, and closing contracts at decision-maker level
  • Maintaining leads and deals in the CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Actively contributing to the development of the sales strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Strong communication skills; structured and goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • Fluent in English
  • Proactive, data-driven, with a true sales mentality
  • Experience in procurement is a strong plus
