Responsibilities
New customer acquisition in the IT & telecommunications (IT/ICT) B2B market, including identifying target customers (system integrators, distributors, resellers, manufacturers)
Consultative sales and requirements analysis: Online presentations of the ITscope platform, demonstrating value and tailored solutions
Manage the sales process: from quote preparation and contract negotiations to closing deals
Manage new and existing customers: identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and strengthen customer retention
Market monitoring: identify trends in the IT & telecommunications market and incorporate them into the sales strategy
Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and develop campaigns
Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
Requirements
You have a completed commercial vocational qualification, a degree in business administration, or equivalent qualifications
Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the IT & telecommunications sector or SaaS sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with CRM systems
Independent and structured working style with a high level of self-motivation
Affinity for IT topics and an understanding of digital business processes
Excellent German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills
