About the role

  • Sales Manager driving B2B growth in innovative IT company specializing in digital solutions. Collaborating with teams, managing customer acquisition, and shaping sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • New customer acquisition in the IT & telecommunications (IT/ICT) B2B market, including identifying target customers (system integrators, distributors, resellers, manufacturers)
  • Consultative sales and requirements analysis: Online presentations of the ITscope platform, demonstrating value and tailored solutions
  • Manage the sales process: from quote preparation and contract negotiations to closing deals
  • Manage new and existing customers: identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and strengthen customer retention
  • Market monitoring: identify trends in the IT & telecommunications market and incorporate them into the sales strategy
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and develop campaigns
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events

Requirements

  • You have a completed commercial vocational qualification, a degree in business administration, or equivalent qualifications
  • Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the IT & telecommunications sector or SaaS sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Independent and structured working style with a high level of self-motivation
  • Affinity for IT topics and an understanding of digital business processes
  • Excellent German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills
