About the role

  • Assist senior project managers in overseeing schedules and milestone management.
  • Obtain weekly project status from all team members.
  • Learn and use project management software.
  • Prepare and assist in project documentation.
  • Document resource needs and availability.
  • Organize and schedule team meetings.
  • Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and deadlines.
  • Provide consistent updates on the project to all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and help in adjustments.
  • Measure the project performance to suggest areas of improvement.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
  • Must be a rising junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong Excel skills: ability to use a pivot table
  • Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative (Preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible to new initiatives (Preferred)
  • Detailed and highly organizes (Preferred)
