Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to identify and acquire potential leads (supermarket retailers such as EDEKA and REWE).
Additionally, recruit and manage new retailers for our EMSU Media Platform.
Collaborate with the Sales team to develop a sales strategy.
Identify new customers via email, telephone and other channels.
Prospecting, advising and supporting customers both internally and in the field.
Identify and follow up on leads.
Develop sales structures and processes.
Close collaboration with the Sales and Customer Relations teams.
Requirements
Sales experience, preferably in grocery retail.
Experience in a start-up environment is an advantage but not required.
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade customers and build long-term relationships.
High energy and constructive contribution to product development and workflow optimization.
Team-player mentality internally and externally to contribute to the company’s success together.
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with a sales CRM tool.
