About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Drive client activation by encouraging usage of the company’s fintech products and services.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on client needs and product offerings.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding and customer support teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Analyze client performance and usage data to identify trends and suggest improvement actions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly retention and activation targets.
  • Prepare and present regular account performance reports to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all account activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and fintech solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in **account management, customer retention, or B2B sales**, preferably in a **fintech or SaaS environment**.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent command of **English and Arabic** (written and spoken).
  • Results-driven with a proactive and client-focused mindset.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
