About the role
- Business Analyst enabling business process automation and AI/ML solutions for commercial and government clients at Node. Digital.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a vital liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, mining business processes and translating business requirements into IT solutions.
- Responsible for the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements, converting business needs into clear, achievable user stories and customer journeys.
- Assist with process discovery using process capture and mining tools, process mapping of the as-is to a to-be state, and support any mission-driven process transformation efforts.
- Perform process fit assessment, develop the value case, and identify mission and bot success metrics for the automation.
- Implement training sessions to boost automation adoption and enhance the team's understanding of Hyper-Automation based on past experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis roles, ideally within hyper-automation projects.
- Proven skills in understanding business needs, translating them into automation requirements, and coordinating with development teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying business requirements and providing training.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to apply Design Thinking to engage stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to remote work arrangements.
- Passionate about customer mission and values.
- Ability to flexibly adapt to varying organizational structures.
- Recommended Certifications: UiPath Automation Business Analyst Certification, Certified Business Analysis Professional, Agile Certification.
