Develop a detailed understanding of the bank’s credit portfolio and risk profile
Collaborate with stakeholders on all levels across the bank and gain a unique insight into how the bank operates
Analyze and monitor SEB’s credit portfolio development, composition and trends
Conduct portfolio and thematic risk reviews in collaboration with stakeholders across the bank, both on regular and ad-hoc basis
Take part in project related work both within the CRO function, and with other departments of the Group
Have the opportunity to present the team’s work to senior management
Requirements
Graduated within the past two years, or will graduate before the programme starts on 1st September 2026 – from a relevant academic degree
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership
Great communication skills and to be able to work in English – you will need to convey complex topics to various stakeholders
A genuine interest in credit risk and a drive to understand and improve processes
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge in SQL is meritorious
Are a team player, who thrives in a collaborative environment and values knowledge sharing
Can quickly adapt to new circumstances and work in a fast-paced environment
