About the role

Responsibilities
- Promote and communicate Compliance practices and policies, and monitor adherence to ensure the subject is embedded in the company culture (Integrity Program).
- Identify, analyze, test, monitor and ensure compliance with laws and regulations relevant to the Company's business through process mapping and compliance risk assessment.
- Practical experience and knowledge of risks and controls to mitigate critical risks, and familiarity with the operating environment through periodic analyses based on economic, financial and operational metrics.
- Design controls and conduct periodic assessments for senior management based on methodologies and action plans for identified and emerging risks.
- Create and update executive materials for senior management based on methodologies and action plans for identified and emerging risks.
- Develop and update performance indicators and action plans to keep strategy aligned with Compliance, risk and control strategic objectives, and propose and ensure implementation of action plans across business areas.
- Support teams in building and improving business areas to meet audit requirements and evaluate risk indicators to ensure alignment with the company's strategy.
- Perform effectiveness tests on proposed actions and present final results to establish compensating and simplified controls.
Requirements
- Compliance: Knowledge of laws and regulations (e.g., Law 12.846/2013 – Anti-Corruption Law, and Law 12.683 – Money Laundering Law).
- Process, controls and risk mapping (advantage). Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
- Familiarity with systems (Perinity – a plus).
