About the role
- Maintain and optimize the HubSpot platform to meet needs of sales, marketing, and customer service teams, including implementing and managing workflows, dashboards, and reports; troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot issues (experience with custom code required).
- Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; develop and maintain reports and dashboards; present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue operations, ensure data integrity and consistency across revenue systems, and integrate HubSpot with other business systems.
- Support revenue forecasting and planning; assist in development and implementation of revenue growth strategies and new revenue-related initiatives and projects.
- Train and support team members on HubSpot and other revenue systems; create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with HubSpot, including system administration and optimization.
- Experience with custom code in HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese preferred.
