Utilise broad reservoir experience and classical reservoir engineering methods to collate field data and ensure proper analysis and integration into team understanding
Inform decision making and plan and implement appropriate reservoir management and surveillance activities
Deliver RE support to the Depletion Management Squad including surveillance planning, analysis and integration
Manage reservoir performance management dashboard
Own one of the Region models used for reservoir performance prediction (FFM, GAP, Harmony)
Contribute to the DMS annual work plan with specific deliverables agreed through squad
Participate in Agile implementation (sprint planning/review; regular stand-ups)
Work alongside professionals in Subsurface M&S to protect and create value in bp's portfolio
Requirements
Strong industry track record in reservoir engineering
Able to clearly defend and articulate a high level of reservoir engineering understanding
Experienced in gas reservoir depletion management (operating plan, surveillance planning and analysis, reservoir health)
Knowledge of subsurface description, reservoir management, surveillance and risk management planning
Reservoir simulation experience (desirable)
Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
Proven track record as a self-starter, capable of reducing sophisticated problems to manageable entities
