About the role

  • Analista de Requisitos managing product backlog, analyzing requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders in a hybrid work environment. Supporting agile ceremonies and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog with a focus on delivering business value.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, translating business rules into clear, concise user stories.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders (compliance, business, UX, development) to align needs, rules, and applicable regulations (e.g., Central Bank - BACEN).
  • Support Product Managers in facilitating agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking.
  • Map and document customer registration and onboarding flows, ensuring traceability and integration with internal systems (such as Sinacor and B3).
  • Collaborate with the UX team to validate user journeys, experiences, and business rules.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure technical understanding and consistency of deliverables.
  • Create and maintain documentation in Miro and Azure DevOps, ensuring clarity and continuous updates.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization related to onboarding and anti-fraud.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Requirements Analyst, Product Owner, QA, or Business Analyst.
  • Experience in eliciting and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Experience with project or product documentation and organization.
  • Experience building user stories and working through the product lifecycle.
  • Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and with tools such as Jira, Miro, and Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to translate business rules into technical requirements, with a systemic view of impacts.
  • Familiarity with registration, onboarding, and anti-fraud processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, collaborative mindset, and ease working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Availability to work hybrid, three days per week in the office (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
