Develop a thorough understanding of the reporting framework, including report structures, filtering mechanisms, and relevant product integrations.
Collaborate with product teams to gain insights into business requirements and contribute to enhancing reporting functionalities.
Maintain and prioritize the reporting backlog, including assessing feature requests and bugs for feasibility and impact.
Write clear acceptance criteria for feature requests to guide development efforts.
Partner with engineering counterparts to update and enhance existing reports and develop new ones.
Act as liaison between product and engineering teams by ensuring client needs are accurately represented and technical queries are addressed.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure reporting functionality meets business and client expectations.
Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Collaborate with US-based counterparts to align reporting work with vision, strategy, and business objectives.
Create and maintain Domo cards, dashboards, and pages to support internal teams with data visualization and reporting needs.
Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on how to effectively use Domo for their reporting requirements.
Requirements
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent spreadsheet tools.
Effective communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams, including US counterparts.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in spoken, written, and read English.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and stakeholder management.
Experience with task management software (e.g., Jira).Familiarity with BI software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Domo) and data warehousing concepts preferred.
Experience in the software/technology or property management sector preferred.
