About the role

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with and implementation of the EU REACH regulation
  • Serve as the central contact for all REACH-related matters across the corporate group
  • Registration, maintenance and updating of substance and product dossiers in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Advise internal departments on toxicological and ecotoxicological issues
  • Monitor legal changes in European chemical legislation and derive appropriate measures for the company
  • Attend professional events and industry networks to identify regulatory developments at an early stage
  • Coordinate external partners and service providers to obtain registration-relevant data — including budget control and follow-up

Requirements

  • University degree (e.g., in a natural science, food technology, chemistry or process engineering)
  • Several years of experience in REACH/registration and chemicals legislation
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements
  • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Fluent German (minimum C1) and English
