About the role

  • Specialist in Regulatory Compliance supporting sustainability initiatives at FERI Group. Responsible for analysis, reporting, and development of sustainable finance products.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the analysis and development of internal processes, policies and governance frameworks related to sustainability
  • Support sustainability reporting at corporate and product level with a focus on SFDR regulation (in cooperation with FERI Luxembourg)
  • Monitor regulatory developments and market trends in sustainable finance and derive and coordinate required actions
  • Document ESG processes and support internal and external audits
  • Support the development of sustainable financial products (market and competitor analyses, presentations, conceptual contributions)
  • Participate in internal and external exchange formats on topics such as sustainability, biodiversity and transformation
  • Prepare and deliver trainings and support internal communications on sustainability topics
  • Support RFP and DDQ processes in the ESG and impact area
  • Contribute to responding to the annual UN PRI questionnaire and coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), the asset management company, the Project Management Office and Portfolio Management

Requirements

  • Degree in economics, law or social sciences with a focus on financial markets and/or sustainability
  • Solid basic understanding of European sustainable finance regulation (e.g., SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD/ESRS, MiFID II)
  • Initial practical experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, consulting, compliance or sustainable finance
  • Analytical thinking, a structured working style and the ability to present regulatory requirements clearly
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ESG databases or reporting tools is an advantage
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
