Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage care services to ensure compliance with state regulations, CDC, and OSHA guidelines
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for patients
- Coordinate client care services, including case assignments and management
- Maintain records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Ensure our Caregivers adhere to professional standards and provide high-quality home care services
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for client care, infection control, and safety

- Provide orientation and continuing education opportunities for staff
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia (active and in good standing)
- Minimally possess a bachelor's degree in nursing
- Graduated from a state-approved or accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience as an RN in a licensed home health agency or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing home health care
- Experience with patient care, medication administration, and care plan development
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize multiple tasks
- Familiarity with healthcare technology or digital health platforms is a plus
- Availability during and after business hours or ability to designate a qualified RN in your absence
