Responsibilities
Oversee and manage care services to ensure compliance with state regulations, CDC, and OSHA guidelines
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for patients
Coordinate client care services, including case assignments and management
Maintain records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Ensure our Caregivers adhere to professional standards and provide high-quality home care services
Establish and implement policies and procedures for client care, infection control, and safety
Conduct and participate in quality assurance programs to improve services and outcomes
Provide orientation and continuing education opportunities for staff
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia (active and in good standing)
Minimally possess a bachelor's degree in nursing
Graduated from a state-approved or accredited program
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience as an RN in a licensed home health agency or similar setting
Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing home health care
Experience with patient care, medication administration, and care plan development
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize multiple tasks
Familiarity with healthcare technology or digital health platforms is a plus
Availability during and after business hours or ability to designate a qualified RN in your absence
