Responsibilities
- Drive the commercial strategy for European buying groups, service alliances, and international customers
- Define and drive international account strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build negotiation mandates and proposals for the Value SteerCo
- Cascade negotiation strategies to local markets and support execution
- Represent the company in selected high-level international negotiations
- Ensure pricing consistency across all markets
- Lead the Service Alliances strategy and develop a strong European network
- Coordinate negotiations across markets and manage escalations
- Partner with senior leadership on trade-offs and strategic decision-making
- Drive strong cross-functional collaboration and build negotiation capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Extensive experience in international key account management, customer strategy, or commercial leadership
- Strong ability to balance short-term execution with long-term European growth objectives
- Highly analytical with strong financial and P&L understanding
- Proven track record in complex, multi-country negotiations
- Skilled in stakeholder management
