About the role

  • Regional Sales Executive responsible for new business growth in fleet services. Handling client relationships and achieving sales targets across Tennessee markets.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and fleet management solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
  • Leverage Challenger-based and consultative selling techniques to manage sales cycles.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Partner with fleet customers to understand their operational needs.
  • Communicate compelling value propositions through tailored proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Four years of experience in a related field.
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
  • Trucking/fleet sales experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to prospect and develop new business.
  • Working knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Skills in communication, customer service, and relationship building.
