Plan and execute field marketing integrated programs (either by Mitel or in collaboration with Mitel partners) using a broad mix of tactics including web, email, webinars, events, content syndication, search, direct mail, social media, blogs and other channels
Jointly plan and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans and activities with Channel Partners in the respective region, with quarterly reviews (in close cooperation with Sales)
Collaborate on the development of integrated marketing programs to help achieve lead, pipeline and revenue goals and to support major platform launches, global sales promotions, and corporate initiatives
Translate, write and review copy (primarily from English)
Manage budget and reseller funding administration and planning
Proactively inform Sales about marketing developments, activities and results
Work closely with key stakeholders including Demand Generation, Sales, Channel Partner Marketing and subject matter experts to develop assets and content for campaigns
Serve as the day-to-day contact for marketing initiatives and progress with the regional sales team and Mitel partners
Create campaigns and reports in Salesforce and the marketing automation platform, including setting up and optimizing campaigns; track and monitor marketing program performance and ROI
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience (preferably, but not required, in a B2B organization), ideally including campaigns/lead generation, ABM, marketing automation (e.g., Marketo) and Salesforce
Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization, and to work independently as well as part of a team
