About the role

  • Plan and execute field marketing integrated programs (either by Mitel or in collaboration with Mitel partners) using a broad mix of tactics including web, email, webinars, events, content syndication, search, direct mail, social media, blogs and other channels
  • Jointly plan and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans and activities with Channel Partners in the respective region, with quarterly reviews (in close cooperation with Sales)
  • Collaborate on the development of integrated marketing programs to help achieve lead, pipeline and revenue goals and to support major platform launches, global sales promotions, and corporate initiatives
  • Translate, write and review copy (primarily from English)
  • Manage budget and reseller funding administration and planning
  • Proactively inform Sales about marketing developments, activities and results
  • Work closely with key stakeholders including Demand Generation, Sales, Channel Partner Marketing and subject matter experts to develop assets and content for campaigns
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for marketing initiatives and progress with the regional sales team and Mitel partners
  • Create campaigns and reports in Salesforce and the marketing automation platform, including setting up and optimizing campaigns; track and monitor marketing program performance and ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience (preferably, but not required, in a B2B organization), ideally including campaigns/lead generation, ABM, marketing automation (e.g., Marketo) and Salesforce
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization, and to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Data-driven, analytical and constructive mindset
